Delivery Times
Evolve nutrition will always aim to get your order packed and dispatched within 1 business day, if there is any delay one of our customer services agents will get in touch through email or number provided on your order.
Delivery times are subject to carrier timelines, we use Border Express and Star Track couriers. See below for their expected delivery times.

Returns
If you would like to request a return for a product purchased through Evolve, please contact Evolve Online Customer Service.

Please email our Online Support Team with the following:
- Full Name
- Original invoice number displayed on the confirmation email
- Reason for return
- Any relevant photos
- Contact details
Requirements to be eligible for a return
- Returns must be received within 14 days of lodging a request
- Unopened and unused in original sealed packaging
- Securely wrapped
- Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
- Returned to us at your own expense
Can I cancel my order?
If you request to cancel an order, you must contact Evolve via live chat (business hours) or email. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the request as it may have already been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, please do the following:
- Refuse a delivery attempt
- Decline the parcel at the Post Office
This will create a return to sender, which can take up to 10 days. Alternatively, you can return the parcel at your own expense. Refunds will only be applied once all items are returned in unopened/unused packaging.
Please choose products carefully. We do not accept returns for opened/used products if:
- You received what you ordered and simply changed your mind
- You misused the products in any way that caused the problem
- the product did not perform to your expectations
- you do not like the flavour/ingredients, including products where the manufacturer has reformulated the ingredients and/or repackaged the product label
Neither Evolve nor the products we sell, claim to treat or cure any diseases or conditions. We provide nutritional supplements that are intended to support you as part of a well-balanced diet. Evolve are not healthcare professionals, therefore any information and advice you receive should not replace the medical advice provided to you by your healthcare professional. We recommend that you always seek appropriate medical advice before consuming any nutritional supplements.
Damaged / Faulty Goods:
If you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect product from Evolve, please email sales@evolvenutrition.com.au with the following:
- Full Name
- Contact details
- Original Order number/receipt
- Any relevant photos
We will contact you directly as any exchanged or refunded items must be returned to our Online warehouse for any compensation to be supplied.
International Deliveries
Unfortunately at the moment Evolve does not offer international shipping if you wish to lodge an enquiry please reach out to sales@evolvenutrition.com.au.
